LINK LAW, PLLC

 Emilia is an immigration attorney based in Seattle.  She has worked with clients all over the world on student visa; family-based green card application; asylum application; employment-based visas such as H-1b, L-1, E-2, and EB-5; and naturalization application.  She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.  

 

She helps clients to understand their options in the U.S. immigration system, and set up an action plan.

When she is not working on cases she is taking photographs to document the city of Seattle and beyond.
